Nooza 🎀

https://afouanee.dev/projects/nooza

Date: 2026 · En ligne
Contexte: Projet personnel
Domaine: Web
Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma 7, Tailwind CSS v4, Stripe, PWA

Radar 🎯

https://afouanee.dev/projects/radar-job-matching-agent

Date: 2026 · En cours
Contexte: Projet personnel
Domaine: IA
Stack: TypeScript, LangGraph.js, MCP, Mistral API, pgvector, Docker, Google Cloud Run, GitHub Actions
GitHub: https://github.com/Afouanee/radar

Chatbot IA inbound 💬

https://afouanee.dev/projects/inbound-ai-chatbot-widget

Date: 2026 · En ligne
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: IA / Web
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, Web Components, SSE (streaming), Preact, PostgreSQL, Render

https://afouanee.dev/projects/sales-copilot-pre-call-brief

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: IA / Automatisation
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, Webhooks, API CRM, PostgreSQL, HMAC, Render

Assistant RAG interne 🧠

https://afouanee.dev/projects/internal-rag-sales-assistant

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: IA
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, RAG, PostgreSQL (full-text), SSE (streaming), Preact, Vercel

https://afouanee.dev/projects/consultant-portal-rebuild

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: Web
Stack: Next.js 14, JavaScript, Tesseract.js (OCR), PDF.js, Tailwind CSS, Vercel

Application mobile communautaire 📱

https://afouanee.dev/projects/community-mobile-app

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: Web
Stack: React Native, Expo, TypeScript, TanStack Query, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Nx, EAS Build

https://afouanee.dev/projects/milo-ai-literacy-kids

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: IA / Web
Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Web Speech API, PWA, Motion, Tailwind CSS v4, Vite, Vercel

Plateforme intranet consultants 🏢

https://afouanee.dev/projects/consultant-intranet-platform

Date: 2026
Contexte: Café Crème
Domaine: Web
Stack: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Clean Architecture, CQRS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Nx

Contexte: Enedis
Domaine: Automatisation / Data/BI
Stack: Python, pytest, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, SOAP, REST, Pandas

About

What I build 🛠️: Products that put AI to work, not demos: a chatbot embedded on a public site, an internal RAG assistant for a sales team, a SaaS for online orders.

How I work 🧭: From design to deployment, without handing off halfway. I instrument what I ship so I know whether it actually helps, and I document enough that someone else can pick it up after me.

What I'm looking for 🚀: Computer engineer, Full Stack & AI, graduated and available immediately. A team that ships fast without dropping its technical standards, on AI work that stays close to the product.

Professional experience

Nooza 🎀

https://afouanee.dev/projects/nooza

Date: 2026 · Live
Context: Personal project
Domain: Web
Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma 7, Tailwind CSS v4, Stripe, PWA

Full-stack SaaS for makers who take their orders through Instagram (bakers, florists, calligraphers, handmade creators). The maker drops a link in their bio: customers order from a professional storefront without creating an account, then follow their order like a parcel (in progress, ready, delivered) with photos and automatic e-mails. Nooza brings together the storefront, orders, quotes and deposits, customer tracking and an availability calendar. Built with Next.js 16 / React 19 / TypeScript, PostgreSQL via Prisma, homegrown authentication and an installable PWA. Live at nooza.app.

Outcome: Live at nooza.app, currently launching. Storefront, account-free ordering, quotes/deposits and parcel-style tracking with automatic e-mails at each step. Personal project, 2026 · live.

Radar 🎯

https://afouanee.dev/projects/radar-job-matching-agent

Date: 2026 · Ongoing
Context: Personal project
Domain: AI
Stack: TypeScript, LangGraph.js, MCP, Mistral API, pgvector, Docker, Google Cloud Run, GitHub Actions
GitHub: https://github.com/Afouanee/radar

A job-hunt triage assistant built to cover three gaps missing from my other AI projects: vector search, agent orchestration and LLM evaluation. A pasted posting is parsed via function calling, embedded with mistral-embed and stored in PostgreSQL/pgvector (HNSW index, cosine distance). A LangGraph graph then evaluates it across three explicit nodes: requirement extraction (with localized retry), per-criterion justified scoring, then pitch drafting only when the score clears the threshold, avoiding a pointless LLM call. Quality is measured against a hand-annotated 18-posting dataset, compared to a range rather than an exact value (an LLM isn't deterministic), plus an LLM-as-judge on factual accuracy and a RAGAS evaluation as a second opinion. Every LLM call is recorded with its tokens, estimated cost and duration, surfaced in a Next.js dashboard (cumulative cost, average and p95 latency per node). The scripts are also exposed as an MCP server, and the backend runs in production on Google Cloud Run with a GitHub Actions pipeline that blocks deployment if the evaluation score drops.

Outcome: 18 postings ingested, 80 LLM calls traced with per-step cost and latency. Evals at 72% of scores within the expected range, factual accuracy of pitches at 5.00/5 (LLM-as-judge). Live on Cloud Run, deployment blocked if the eval score drops below threshold. Personal project, 2026 · ongoing.

Inbound AI chatbot 💬

https://afouanee.dev/projects/inbound-ai-chatbot-widget

Date: 2026 · Live
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: AI / Web
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, Web Components, SSE (streaming), Preact, PostgreSQL, Render

Embeddable AI chat widget that drops onto any site via a single script. Generic, config-driven core, full Web Component / Shadow DOM isolation, streamed responses, and a Mistral backend with guardrails. Every action is tracked as events sent to a Neon (PostgreSQL) warehouse and surfaced in an internal dashboard (first prototyped in Metabase, then rebuilt as a custom Node/TS + Chart.js app hosted on Render).

Outcome: Live on cafe-creme.club. Reusable multi-site widget (~23 KB gzip) + monitoring dashboard (conversations, leads, conversion). Café Crème internship, 2026.

Shway ⚡

https://afouanee.dev/projects/shway

Date: 2026 · Ongoing
Context: Personal project
Domain: Automation / Web / AI
Stack: Next.js 16, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Mistral, n8n

Shway explores a practical approach to business automation: start from real needs, build useful workflows, and use AI with human validation. The project is currently in development, with a public landing site and an application foundation being built.

Outcome: Landing site live at shway.vercel.app; the business application and workflows are still in development.

Sales Co-Pilot: automated briefing 🧑‍✈️

https://afouanee.dev/projects/sales-copilot-pre-call-brief

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: AI / Automation
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, Webhooks, API CRM, PostgreSQL, HMAC, Render

Node/TypeScript service that listens for meeting creation via webhook, aggregates (read-only) data from a CRM and a PostgreSQL data warehouse (Neon), has an LLM (Mistral) synthesize it into a one-page sheet, and delivers it automatically to the team through a task-management tool. Seam-based architecture testable offline (mock mode), HMAC webhook signature verification, Render deployment.

Outcome: Real-time webhook-triggered pipeline, brief delivered 15 minutes before every meeting: the rep receives a structured sheet (history, score, call summary, likely objections) with zero manual research. Deployed and tested in production. Café Crème internship, 2026 · completed.

Internal RAG assistant 🧠

https://afouanee.dev/projects/internal-rag-sales-assistant

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: AI
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Mistral API, RAG, PostgreSQL (full-text), SSE (streaming), Preact, Vercel

An internal RAG assistant for a sales team. It aggregates three sources in priority order: question-and-answer pairs validated by the team, the product playbook in markdown, and transcribed customer calls read from a read-only PostgreSQL data warehouse (Neon). Retrieval uses PostgreSQL full-text search rather than vectors, rebuilding a readable excerpt around each match. The system prompt requires answering only from context, separating what is validated from what still needs clarifying, and never fabricating a quote or a figure. A training mode has the bot surface its own blind spots: the team answers, and validated answers move to the front of the context.

Outcome: PostgreSQL full-text search over three ranked sources, including 1,588 transcribed customer calls, streamed answers with cited sources, and a loop where team-validated answers become the bot's memory. Deployed (Vercel + Render). Café Crème internship, 2026.

Consultant portal out of no-code 🧾

https://afouanee.dev/projects/consultant-portal-rebuild

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: Web
Stack: Next.js 14, JavaScript, Tesseract.js (OCR), PDF.js, Tailwind CSS, Vercel

The consultant area of a contractor-payroll solution existed as a no-code site, with business logic and network calls embedded in the pages. I rebuilt it as a Next.js application, feature for feature. The constraint: break nothing. The backend did not belong to the project and its contract had to be honoured to the letter, implicit rules included. The original logic was therefore re-read and reproduced faithfully (receipt comparators, document opening, local cache and its TTL). The rebuild also made room for what the editor could not hold: persistent report drafts, file preview before upload, understandable error messages and per-route error boundaries.

Outcome: Three areas brought into a single versioned application: hub, activity reports and expense claims. API contract preserved down to the last character, transparent session migration, and additions the no-code setup could not support (persistent drafts, file preview, explicit errors). Café Crème internship, 2026.

Community mobile app 📱

https://afouanee.dev/projects/community-mobile-app

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: Web
Stack: React Native, Expo, TypeScript, TanStack Query, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Nx, EAS Build

A community app for the freelancers of a contractor-payroll solution. It brings together an activity feed, events, a member directory, a contact network, private messaging and thematic spaces, with push notifications. Built with React Native and Expo (expo-router, secure token storage, image picking), in TypeScript, with TanStack Query for server state and EAS builds. The project was handled from both ends: the functional domains it consumes (messaging, spaces, contact network, image upload) were added by me to an internal API built on hexagonal architecture.

Outcome: A React Native / Expo app shipped to iOS, Android and web, wired to an internal API whose matching back-end domains I built myself. Café Crème internship, 2026.

Milo, the AI school for kids 🎓

https://afouanee.dev/projects/milo-ai-literacy-kids

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: AI / Web
Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Web Speech API, PWA, Motion, Tailwind CSS v4, Vite, Vercel

An educational platform introducing 6-to-16-year-olds to artificial intelligence. Rather than explaining AI, it puts it in their hands: sorting images to watch a model learn, tuning a neuron, hunting down a bias, shaping a prompt. The learning mechanisms are rebuilt by hand in the browser, with no call to any language model: that is what makes the behaviour observable, and what lets the app run entirely offline. No child's data ever leaves the browser, which makes it usable in a classroom without a compliance process. A parent and teacher area completes it with lesson sheets, per-child tracking and a printable report. Installable as a PWA, with care given to accessibility.

Outcome: 19 modules across 4 chapters where children train, fool and correct learning mechanisms rebuilt by hand, plus a teacher area with lesson sheets and progress tracking. No data leaves the browser. Café Crème internship, 2026.

Consultant intranet platform 🏢

https://afouanee.dev/projects/consultant-intranet-platform

Date: 2026
Context: Internship (Café Crème)
Domain: Web
Stack: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Clean Architecture, CQRS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Nx

Internal web platform combining a consultant space (revenue dashboard, referrals, transactions, notifications) and an admin back office. Next.js / React / TypeScript frontend with TanStack Query, OTP-then-JWT authentication in an httpOnly cookie, and space separation via middleware (role decoding). Backend in hexagonal / Clean Architecture (CQRS, event sourcing, DDD): Nx monorepo, dependency injection, PostgreSQL via TypeORM, Stripe and Firebase integrations, transverse soft delete. Internal project presented generically (company confidentiality).

Outcome: Next.js frontend and back office merged into a single role-aware application, on top of a 47-route REST API extensible domain by domain. Deployed (Vercel + Render). Café Crème internship, 2026 · completed.

Context: Apprenticeship (Enedis)
Domain: Automation / Data/BI
Stack: Python, pytest, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, SOAP, REST, Pandas

Monitoring system for the web services exposed to electricity market players, on a pre-production environment. A Python package periodically queries each service with representative request sets, validates the responses (return code, structure, expected business content) and measures response times. Scenarios are written as parameterized pytest tests, which makes adding a service declarative rather than coded. A scheduled GitLab CI/CD pipeline runs the checks, publishes a report and notifies the team when a service drifts out of its criteria. Internal project presented generically (company confidentiality).
